Opal by: Jennifer Armentrout

Dear sweet of everything that is sweet I just want to jump up and down and scream. Oh my goodness I can barley breath and think about it at the same time. All I can say is I want more and I want to cry it was that perfect and infuriating (kind of like one of the main characters) so so so mean and so good. The story line was brilliant, new sides of the characters I've grown to love are revealed and the plot thickens and the tension.
Daemon has become the perfect drool worthy alien ya sci-fi has come to know, and Katy to. Daemon is really an enigma wrapped in a riddle stuffed into a Chinese finger trap. And he actually managed to prove to Katy that this love was true, (finally). And his supposedly dead brother is back from the grave. Everything we thought Daemon wasn't he is in fact. Daemon is doing everything he can to keep Katy and his sibling safe, which is easier said then done. His true character is brought out in every page and it is simply beautiful. And then you cry about how unfair it is and you want your own Daemon that isn't in the words of a book.
Katy has changed as well not only with the freaky mind tricks but she has found that after been shoved to the edge she is willing to do everything and anything to protect those she loves. Katy's character is trying to find a balance between the normal human world and Daemons secret filled life. She is struggling to remember who she is while adapting to a world that questions of who is going to survive and who isn't is a daily concern. She is a remarkable character that is finding her place in both worlds.
The third installment in the Lux Series is captivating and mind blowing. And somehow Jennifer has done it again and better than ever. And hopefully I will keep my fingers form buying the fourth book without permission.
